How do I book an appointment?
Do you accept walk-ins?
We welcome walk-ins whenever we have an opening, but appointments are always recommended so we can reserve the right time and stylist for you. During busy hours, booking ahead is the best way to avoid a wait.
What are your hours?
We are open Monday through Saturday, 9am to 7pm. We are closed on Sundays.
Where are you located, and is there parking?
You can find us at 163 Shirley Avenue, Revere, MA 02151. Street parking is available nearby, and we are easy to reach from the surrounding Revere and Boston area.
How much do services cost?
Pricing depends on the service, your hair length and density, and the look you are after. Browse the full Services menu for what we offer, then message us for a quote tailored to you. We are always happy to talk through options before you book.
What is your cancellation policy?
Plans change, and we understand. We simply ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer your spot to someone else. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit to book future appointments.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards. If you have a question about payment for a specific service, just ask when you book.
Do I need to prepare anything before my appointment?
For most services, no preparation is needed. For color, balayage, or chemical treatments, it helps to arrive with your hair in its natural state and to let us know your history so we can plan the best approach. For waxing, please let the hair grow to a comfortable length. If you are unsure, message us and we will guide you.
Can I request a specific stylist?
Of course. Let us know who you would like to see when you book, and we will do our best to schedule you with them. If they are not available, we are happy to recommend another member of our team.
Do you offer services for weddings or special events?
Yes. We love being part of your big day. Reach out ahead of time with your date and what you have in mind, and we will help you plan hair, nails, and spa services so you look and feel your best.
